All hail the king..

….the king of Ascot that is, Frankie Dettori.

A masterful ride from Mr Dettori brings home both Glowing Praise and the bacon.

Thanks for all of the emails. Hopefully this goes some way to making up for last weekends draw debacle.

And of course it’s another great result for the £100 to a Grand Challenge which goes from strength to strength and has now passed the £300 mark.

Which leads me on to Round 3 for all those who have successfully negotiated the first two hurdles (odd & below).

For our next challenge we will be playing ROULETTE.

Derren Brown is planning on doing his next stunt in a London casino and will be placing a £5000 bet on a spin of a roulette wheel. What you need to do is simply guess whether the winning number will be Red or Black and send it to the usual email address odd@nag-nag-nag.co.uk. If the ball drops in Zero (green) then everyone will go through to the next round.

Derren Brown’s show is live on Channel 4 at 9pm on the 2nd October so entries must be in by this time and date.

Remember the only people who can enter still are those who got through Rounds 1 & 2 i.e. those who correctly guessed Odd and Below. Good luck to them.

ASCOT TODAY

I’m sticking with the 4 horses I selected for this weekends Festival Trends Guide as my bet for today.

For all those who have not yet downloaded the guide, why not? It’s completely free along with every other guide I gave out this week. Just enter your email address here>>>>> FREE GUIDES

After you’ve done that you’ll have to confirm that you want to subscribe and then you’ll get a email with a link in it. This will take you to the VIP Lounge where all the guides are available for free download. No payment is needed and no card details will be taken. All the downloads are available in one direct click.

For the £100 to a Grand Challenge I’ll be doing a £1 Patent and £2 singles on the 3 non handicap races and £5ew on our runner in the Challenge Cup. (The likeliest trends winners)

I’m in a bit of a rush today as I’m in Blackpool to see Peterborough attempt to keep their good run going and then take the family to see the lights tonight. I’ll be back tomorrow lunchtime when I’ll have some more TTS news….

Good luck,
Gavin.
